Annie guided us through the daunting process of buying our first house, and it could not have been a better experience to work with her. We originally got in touch with her several years ago when we were less 'appealing' mortgage candidates as we were a combo of self + contract employed--other brokers weren't interested in working with us, but she was up for the challenge and helped us secure a great pre-approval! How do we begin? My wife and I were first time home buyers. In the past we had gone to our bank looking to buy a home. We had zero debt, an excellent credit rating and 20% to put down on a townhouse, yet the banks would only approve us for maybe enough to try to purchase a “room” in our city. We came to Annie after she was highly recommended to us, and it was one of the best decisions we made! This was our first time purchasing a house so she was very patient and explained/answered any questions we had (and there were a lot of them)! She was quick to communicate with us and didn't hesitate to pick up the phone or go the extra mile to make sure this worked for us. She was also flexible in meeting us to accommodate our crazy work schedules.
