I am happy to recommend Annie. We used her services to help us purchase a house as newcomers to Canada. Our situation was out of the ordinary as we were new arrivals on work permits. Most lenders would not lend to us because of this. Annie was very knowledgable about lenders that would work with our situation and she managed to secure us a competitive rate. We contacted Annie after first having contacted another broker who had quoted us rates that were over double what Annie managed to secure for us. How do we begin? My wife and I were first time home buyers. In the past we had gone to our bank looking to buy a home. We had zero debt, an excellent credit rating and 20% to put down on a townhouse, yet the banks would only approve us for maybe enough to try to purchase a “room” in our city. A friend recommended me to go to see Annie. This has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. Needless to say we are now proud homeowners of a 3 bedroom, 2,5 bathroom townhouse in downtown Squamish and we have never made it without her.
