I really recommend Annie because it was my 1st time going through the pre approval procedure and she was super kind, genuine and very patient to make sure I understood everything. Annie guided us through the daunting process of buying our first house, and it could not have been a better experience to work with her. We originally got in touch with her several years ago when we were less 'appealing' mortgage candidates as we were a combo of self + contract employed--other brokers weren't interested in working with us, but she was up for the challenge and helped us secure a great pre-approval! We put our search on hold but when we picked it up again this spring, she helped us navigate the complexities of making our first offers and closing on our first home. She patiently explaining the nuances of mortgages and answering our questions, and kept reaching out as new better mortgage options came available, even once our contract was signed. She was super available and accessible, friendly, supportive and kind. Highly recommend her for any others looking for mortgage support, but particularly first time home-buyers, and those who have non-standard situations (e.g., self-employment)! Annie truly made the process enjoyable and stress-free, and we are so grateful.

I am happy to recommend Annie. We used her services to help us purchase a house as newcomers to Canada. Our situation was out of the ordinary as we were new arrivals on work permits. How do we begin? My wife and I were first time home buyers. In the past we had gone to our bank looking to buy a home. We had zero debt, an excellent credit rating and 20% to put down on a townhouse, yet the banks would only approve us for maybe enough to try to purchase a “room” in our city. And, if it wasn't for her battling for us (something I'm sure a bank wouldn't have worked so hard for) we would not have been able to get the house we wanted!
