Annie guided us through the daunting process of buying our first house, and it could not have been a better experience to work with her. We originally got in touch with her several years ago when we were less 'appealing' mortgage candidates as we were a combo of self + contract employed--other brokers weren't interested in working with us, but she was up for the challenge and helped us secure a great pre-approval! How do we begin? My wife and I were first time home buyers. In the past we had gone to our bank looking to buy a home. We had zero debt, an excellent credit rating and 20% to put down on a townhouse, yet the banks would only approve us for maybe enough to try to purchase a “room” in our city. And, if it wasn't for her battling for us (something I'm sure a bank wouldn't have worked so hard for) we would not have been able to get the house we wanted!
